THE HIDE AND SEEK BEHIND NYS SAGA (and this is the end of the
fateful nys scandal)

The NYS saga has now been turned to a passing game. From
one fellow to another but what is more fascinating is how those getting into
the game were big cheerleaders when the scam was first mentioned by ‘Baba’ apparently
they heckled at Baba with heavy word.
Duale could not keep his mouth shut. Mutahi Ngunyi
wrote a thousand and one tweets on how Baba was anti-development. Moses Kuria
bought Pangas to his people to slash whoever opposes NYS a crime that has seen
him go through the torment of court chambers. Ruto was all over media and
crusades masquerading with the scriptures and a using the name of God to call
Raila and his supporters economic saboteurs Waiguru herself, sued the son of
Jaramogi of defamation a case that she hasn’t followed since then.
But Raila didn’t seize to reckon and insist on the
NYS scandal and Waiguru had to resign and sought for lighter duties. Was the
lighter duties to name those who ‘ate’ with her? Or were the lighter duties the
start of a game that is now revolving around the NYS saga.
Because Waiguru right now claims she does not know
Kabura her hairdresser Mutahi Ngunyi on the other side does not know Waiguru
who she consulted three years ago and wrote thousands of tweets to her support,
and calling people names and agents of anti-development. Duale who could not
keep his mouth shut and defended Waiguru furiously against impeachment is among
those mentioned. Soo I won’t be surprised to hear William Ruto claiming not to
know Uhuru Kenyatta all because of the NYS scandal. And amid all this the
office of the DPP will come in take the case to court, and the judge will order
that the case under a court should not be discussed and this will be the death
of it and the death of many other scandals.
Pressure from
social media and human rights groups have been silenced over time with the
court order of not discussing a case that is already in court. For example despite all the evidence needed to
put Moses Kuria behind bars for breaking section 77(1) of the penal code which
prohibits incitement to violence and yet no one can talk about it in the fear
of breaking a court order it will slowly fade away and nobody will be talking
about it anymore.
Mutahi Ngunyi is another victim who has always gone
free for his verbal diarrhea in twitter and other social media sites. In August
21st 2015, Mutahi posted a tweet with insightful content on his twitter
account but surprisingly even after being investigated and taken to court, the
court adjourned Ngunyi’s case to give him time reconcile with the NCIC which
was against the law and has never happened.
Another skunk that has been let free even after his
heavy words is William Kabogo allegedly he even said he does not care if the
police come after him he has got money to defend himself. It seems he did not
lie after all the case has over time grown mold and slowly decaying away and
will soon be forgotten.
This is simply how the Eurobond, NYS scandal and all
other scandals have died and will die because Uhuru Muigai is looking at the
bigger picture of 2017 general elections and cannot slip and dare utter a word
on the scandal with fear he would lose supporters from those regions that their
leaders are culprits.
And when this moments come to pass don’t say I didn’t
warn you…
