The Personally singer hit makers Peter and Paul have for some time now been romoured to be breaking up but interestingly yesterday Peter on of the duo threw out at his elder brother, Jude Okoye, on Twitter calling him a mere ‘attachment’.
Jude, through his Northside Entertainment company, has been managing the famous duo since it came into existence – a partnership that Peter is keen to terminate.

Citing lack of proper business structures, the Nigerian star said that he wanted nothing to do with Jude’s company, going further to warn the public against transacting with his elder brother on P-Square’s behalf.

Further justifying his move to kick his brother to the curb, Peter cited other celebrities (Usher Raymond and Beyoncé Knowles) who have fired family members from their management.

Some fans urged the 34-year-old to reconsider sacking his brother because of the familial ties, but Peter insisted that his choice was a business decision.
Over the past few years, rumors have done rounds that the identical twins, Peter and Paul, we splitting up. The recent tension between Jude and Peter breathed new life into these reports, and Peter refuted the split rumours in his torrent of tweets.
Responding to online chatter after the ‘Twitter sacking’, Jude asked fans to pray for his brother as he had “been going through a lot lately”.
He directed one tweet to his younger brother, saying that only God can rescue him.
In response to the prayer comment, Peter said that his brother needed more than prayers – Jude needed God.
In a later post on the duo’s official Facebook page, Jude admonished his brother for airing their dirty laundry in public.
“You do music in the studio, not on social media. If you have family issues, you discuss them behind closed doors, not on social media. Family is family, blood is blood. If you don’t do family business, then who am I to you?” Jude posed.
As this dispute boiled over, Paul remained conspicuously silent.
Could this be the beginning of the end for one of West Africa’s most popular groups? Time will tell.
