Is Saudi Arabia A Kernel of Evil?

Posted on 2016 Feb. 16th 10018 Views

Those who know the history of slavery would not let those they care for so much go to the middle east to work as domestic worker no matter how much money they are promised. Saudi Arabia has been all over Kenyan news for all kinds of atrocities if not satanic acts against Kenyans who go seeking for greener pastures definitely out  of lack of opportunities in Kenya. The government all over the years have put a mediocre P.R team to convince Kenyans how concern they are to save those who are suffering and prevent others from going through all kinds of torture, torment and agony.
We are tired of the government's cheap talk as hundreds if not thousands are one foot on the grave. For the past three months I have been writing letters to the Cabinet in charge of Foreign matters but none of the five has been replied. Obviously I expected nothing less from a government that has got very little regard for its citizens and  its main aim is to sell propaganda and false praises of how Kenya has got good relations with other countries while Kenyans are suffering. On enquiry to the Saudi embassy to Kenya they sought Evidence that any Kenyan had died in Saudi.
I was perplexed that even that which is seen in broad daylight can be denied Their are a million and one evidences of Kenyans going through agony in Saudi In fact this video shows 39 girls in Saudi sharing the same room where there colleague Wanjiru died and stayed over 7days.They do not have proper toilet. They are sick and almost all are in dire death bed if help will not arrive.

The Foreign Affairs ministry also has a catalogue of complaints from parents of girls being abused in Saudi Arabia. The media too have evidence.

A few months ago, a girl from King'eero, Kiambu county, was flown back home in a coffin. Her body was only brought back after Kabete MP George Muchai and Kiambu women's representative Annah Nyokabi intervened.

This is not all, months ago the body of a girl from Kilifi county was brought back home with some parts missing.

Mary Achieng was killed by her employer.

A few years ago, a girl from Mombasa was thrown from the balcony and broke her hands. Her salary was withheld to compensate for the money paid to the placement agency.

Another girl called Naomi survived after she was stabbed eight times by the man of the house.

On October 21, Citizen aired the story of Anne Njeri Mwaura, who posted a video in YouTube pleading to be rescued. Her parents have been crying out for help for two months.
Two days ago a girl from Gil-gil came back home severely sick having injuries on her private parts and accused her employer for the same and rape although it has not been aired on any media station She reported the matter at the embassy.

Our brothers and sisters are sold by slave merchants politely referred to as Foreign Placement Agencies for upwards of Sh200,000. When a girl finds the situation unbearable and requests to be released, she is informed that she has to work for at least one year to compensate for the money paid to her agent.

The girls require written consent from their employers to change jobs or leave the country. Their passports, and in most cases mobile phones, are confiscated the moment they arrive in their employers' house. They are permanently confined in the house, where they feed on leftovers when any is available. There is not enough food or beds in the Detention Facility.

Unless the Saudi Embassy spokesman can convince Kenyans that the girls brought back home in coffins were playing dead, he must be an egregiously dishonest person. Diplomatic protocol is not about telling outright lies, but telling the truth diplomatically and the Kenyan Government Doesn’t it baffle you that those who elected you entrusted you to protect them and in front of a podium you swore to protect their interests are tortured and being flown back to Kenya as corpse.

Each sunrise and sunset, we will not tire or relent. We will always remind the figures we appointed as government of their incompetence, the damage and grief they have caused hundreds of families. The torture citizens who elected them are going through out of their negligence while they are busy preaching propaganda of how dedicated they are to serve poor Kenyans and give them a land of honey and milk in attempt to seek votes for another term. Stop with the B.S and spare us your pity particle Incompetence is your portion and we got no doubt about that  If you cannot help hundreds who are stranded in Saudi how will you manage to help 40 million people? Crap!!!
